The human body is a wonderfully complex and creative miracle. It works away doing its magic every day, heart beating, lungs breathing, brain thinking, legs walking, without much conscious input or help from us.

No two of our bodies are alike and not only that, our bodies do not feel the same way or respond to the same stimulus in the same way every day.

When we address our health care needs, whether it is in the form of self care, prevention or treatment, the choices we are given should reflect that fact. What works for you may not work for me, and what works for me today may not work for me tomorrow.

It is with this concept in mind that I created the Emeryville Health and Wellness Center.

I feel very passionate about health and healing and believe that taking great care of ourselves is something we have to take on in exchange for the fact we have been given these marvelous bodies. Having access to a group of well educated and experienced health practitioners is what we need in order to do just that.

In keeping with the philosophy of holistic health care we made sure to create a physical environment at our center that is conducive to relaxation and healing. We invite you to visit our beautiful oasis and take advantage of all the great services we offer.
