Cecilia Fernandez is an Ayurvedic Massage and Rejuvenation Therapist as well as a Health Educator. Her Ayurvedic introduction began in 2004 where she both worked and studied at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico with world renowned Ayurvedic Physician Dr. Vasant Lad. She graduated from the Institute and also received her Yoga Teacher Certification in AyurYoga Therapy. She worked as an Pancha Karma Specialist. Trained new therapists and worked as an Herbalist at the Ayurvedic Institute. In 2009 she moved back home to the SF Bay area and began to work within spiritual communities and for Ayurvedic practitioners providing Pancha Karma Therapies.

Cecilia is a Certified Massage Therapist and graduated from the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville and is currently enrolled in the Advanced Massage Program focused on Neuromuscular and Orthopedic Massage. Cecilia offers therapies that are tailored to each individuals needs and enjoys sharing Ayurvedic concepts with her clients to facilitate them on there own path of balance and joy.
