Jennifer Moulton began practicing the Pilates method in 1986, as a ballet dancer trying to improve her vertical jump.
She credits Pilates with helping her transcend this limitation and allow her many injury-free years as a professional dancer.
She rediscovered Pilates in 2002 and became a teacher through the Ellie Herman Studios Intensive Training in San Francisco,
where she also completed an intensive course in post-acute rehabilitation.
Jennifer's commitment to clients is that their Pilates practice becomes a means to mastery and freedom of movement.
This includes greater range of motion, relief from pain, easy erect posture, increased muscle flexibility, stronger and deeper breathing,
and naturally greater self-confidence.
She is happy to work with people of all ages and skill levels, whether athletes and dancers, those suffering from pain or rehabilitating from
surgery, pregnant women, or mothers looking to recover their abdominal tone after pregnancy!
