As a lifelong athlete, Karla brings 25+ years of training and competitive experience* to her work with Passion for Sport. From the professional to the amateur athlete, Karla’s Yoga2Core fitness program is designed to increase:


- overall & core strength
- balance
- flexibility
- mental focus

Karla’s detailed instruction on bodily movement and alignment combines Yoga, Pilates and a variety of other exercises with breathing and visualization techniques guaranteed to elevate your fitness level and move you closer to peak performance. Karla is a nationally-registered and certified Yoga Instructor and has been teaching Yoga for the past 6 years (1000+ hours). She has many professional athletes among her students, yet her mixed-level class will engage anyone with a desire to nurture and develop a healthier body.

In addition to Yoga, this former All-State Volleyball Champion trains with and has competed against top women professional cyclists, coached numerous champion softball & baseball teams, and is currently a USVBA volleyball official.
