The goal of Structural Integration is to target all of the contributing factors involved in chronic and acute pain and injury. This is achieved through a uniquely combined approach which includes: deep tissue bodywork, myofascial release, postural assessment and correction and a specifically designed strength and stretching program to correct the muscle imbalances and weaknesses that are unique to each client's particular needs.
