Saskia has a degree in Applied Nutrition and hold a certificate in Integrative Nutrition as well as certificates in Health Education and Orthopedic Neuromuscular Therapy. She has studied in Europe, Asia, and the U.S.
She received her nutritional education from Huntington College of Health Sciences, Hawthorn University, and through courses from Dr. Andrew Weil’s Institute of Integrative Medicine.

Saskia has acted as a nutritional consultant for Men's Fitness Magazine and for MyFitnessPal on several occasions.
She was on the faculty of the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA for 4 years, where she taught massage therapy and health education.
Saskia is a true health and sports enthusiast, has 19 years of experience in the Martial Arts and holds the rank of 3rd degree Black Belt.
Having grown up in Switzerland, she is able to draw from the country’s long-lived tradition of natural approaches to health care. She was raised using herbal treatments, juice fasts, nutritional remedies, and hydrotherapy as the treatments of choice for many of the common ailments.
Saskia is very passionate about health and healthy living and loves to share her knowledge with her clients. She takes a holistic view of the person in customizing her health protocols.
