NEW STRETCHING CLASSES:
Rejuvenate your body & mind with stretching at noon.
Previous stretching or yoga not necessary.
Any levels and bodies welcome.
Bring comfortable clothing. Mats provided.
Take a break in the middle of the day and join us for 45 minutes of gentle
stretching that both your body & mind will thank you for. The class will
focus mostly on your breath, which will guide you through a series of
rejuvenative stretches. By bringing more oxygen to your brain,
you will feel calmer, happier, and more productive.
